Adidas

Adidas is a sneaker and sportswear company which has a very iconic trefoil logo designed by Adi Dassler. Dassler is also the founder of the company but the newer three stripes logo was created by Peter Moore. The trefoil is a three leafed shape to represent the three main land masses where Adidas is sold, North America, Europe and Asia. The negative space between the three stripes running through them is to signify diversity an international appeal of the company. The newer logo using the three stripes to form a mountain or slope to signify overcoming challenges. Both logo’s appear on their apparel, you will always find three stripes on all Adidas products. Even on the Yeezy 350s, the stripes aren’t noticed right away but are hidden in the back of the shoe. Adidas has one of the most successful identity’s because their three stipes are globally known without even having the word Adidas on their products.
