This poster design by Ronald J. Cala was made for a peace campaign in 2007. It depicts the silhouette of two young girls holding hands unified by a dove, which is a symbol of peace, in the negative space between them. The use of negative space emphasizes the message of the design that peace can only be achieved by unity. Separated, there is no peace. Cala has few archived designs online but has more work using negative space techniques such as this one.
